Analysts, Customer Success (Research)
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Success (Research) Analysts, you will play a key role in supporting and assisting in the development of strategic insights to our clients. In this role, you will work with and assist our Project Lead to understanding our client’s business issues and needs to develop and design appropriate research solutions, and the analysis of results. You are conversant in traditional and digital qualitative and quantitative research design, with interest in managing key market research projects from start to finish. Our ideal analyst candidate is an innovative thinker with drive, curiosity, resourcefulness, and intelligence, with a passion for matching science with insight to provide actionable research solutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
- Demonstrated experience with analytical applications is a must. (SPSS and Q professional experience is an added bonus)
- Strong Knowledge of statistical techniques including performing regression, factor analysis, cluster analysis, etc. is an asset
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research experience, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to draw meaningful insights and tell a story with research findings and data
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
- Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail, and demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work well in a collaborative team environment, with a diverse group of peers
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
